The Stratton Ridge Energy Hub is ideally located to serve the crude oil storage and export market with multiple pipeline accessibility with delivery/receipt options from both inland pipelines and traditional dock facilities at Texas City and Freeport and the planned deepwater export facilities offshore Freeport, Texas.

In addition to the connection to the Seaway import/export docks in Freeport, to Cushing through the terminus of the Seaway Pipeline at Jones Creek, and direct connection to Texas City and Jones Creek through the Exxon/DOE pipeline, the Hub is developing connections to the three proposed deepwater crude oil export projects which are:

  • SPOT (Sea Port Oil Terminal) Terminal Project being developed by Enterprise Products Partners,

  • Texas COLT Terminal being developed by Kinder Morgan, Enbridge, and Oiltanking, and

  • Texas GulfLink being developed by Sentinel Midstream/Cresta Energy.
